Pension Pro 2025/2026

Version A Now Available for Download

SETpro is pleased to announce the release of the Pension Pro 2025/2026 Version A, now available to download from the secure SETpro website.

Compared to the previous version, filers will notice only minimal updates to the returns in the 2025/2026 Pension Pro tool, as development this year focused on user experience improvements and additional testing scenarios.

The overall Pro package structure is consistent with prior releases, preserving a familiar experience for users.

A reminder on the use of the Bring Forward function:

To properly execute the Bring Forward function, users must select their completed Pension Pro file from the prior year for the data to be brought forward. Selecting individual XML files created from the previous package are no longer requested to execute this function.

Step by step instructions to executing the Bring Forward function:

1. In your Custom Menu, select the function “Bring Forward Prior Year Numbers”:

2. Select “OK” to confirm the selection of completed Pension Pro package from the prior year.

3. Select your completed 2024-2025 Pension Pro file from the prior year.  Once the file is located, select “Open”.

4. Users will know that their prior year data was brought forward to the prior year/opening rows and columns if data is visible in:
   
   a. Row 04 on page 20.012:

           b. The prior year columns on 30.010DC and/or 30.010DB depending on which page or pages are applicable:
